選舉熱季將至，為了規範政務官保持行政中立，北市府將訂定相關規定，以負面表列方式明定首長「不可以做的事」，最快一周內定案。台北市長柯文哲昨天表示，相信不管是親民黨主席宋楚瑜或民進黨主席蔡英文，都會很想拉他去站台，所以要定出規則，「也是防止自己麻煩」。
柯文哲昨在義勇警察大隊長布達典禮後談及此事，他說，自己曾宣示希望北市是藍綠的「非軍事區」，因此上午討論政務官在選舉期間如何保持中立的問題。
媒體詢問宋楚瑜有告知要選總統？柯文哲先是一愣，接著說「你怎麼會問這麼多」，表示自己只是要「預作準備」。
北市人事處長懷敘說，選舉活動五花八門，討論後決定以負面表列方式，定出政務官在選舉期間「不可以做的事情」，不具法律效力，是對局處首長的規範。
由於觀傳局長簡余晏機要祕書、議員陳建銘的女兒陳思宇，近日以「台北市觀傳局長機要祕書」的名義上節目，雖有請假，但因她有意投入立委選舉，仍引發社會觀感不佳的爭議。
